1. Request Availability.

You can request availability for any property that you are interested in by clicking on the "Request Availability" link on any description.

If you have added multiple rentals to "My Selections" cart, click on "View Selections" and you will be able to check availability for all of the rentals on your list by submitting one request form to us.

We will respond as by email as soon as possible, usually the same business day. Sometimes by the next business day if we need to check with our European partners.

If you wish to reserve a particular rental and the property is available for your dates we will place a hold in your name and send you a confirmation email.

2. Reservation Forms and Deposit

Drawbridge To Europe, Inc. will email you the necessary documents and deposit invoice. The initial deposit is between 30-50% (varies with each property) of the total rental price. The remainder is due 10 weeks before your arrival date.

3. Payment

Please complete the paperwork and mail it to Drawbridge To Europe, Inc. with a check in US$ for the deposit due. Wire transfers or Direct Deposit are also accepted. You may also use Paypal (Visa or Mastercard) for your payment.

4. Confirmed Reservation

Once Drawbridge To Europe, Inc. receives the deposit and reservation documents the hold is converted to a confirmed reservation.

5. Remaining Balance

Ten weeks before your arrival date the remaining balance is due.

6. Arrival Instructions/Voucher

Arrival instructions/vouchers are sent to you by email shortly after receiving the final payment.

7. Return of Damage Deposit

Damage deposits held on site are typically returned at the end of your stay. Refundable damage deposits held by us (paid in advance) are returned when the manager/owner in Europe releases it. This usually occurs within 1-4 weeks of departure from the vacation rental. Drawbridge To Europe, Inc. sends your damage deposit refund check by mail.
